CourtFlow
Open Play — Wednesday
Book NowRound Robin
Book NowNative blocks. Filterable. Inherits your theme.
CourtFlow pulls your events from the CourtReserve API and renders them as Gutenberg blocks. Your booking system stays exactly where it is. Everything in front of it gets faster, cleaner, and easier to read.
The default CourtReserve embed wasn’t built for your homepage. Members scroll past it. CourtFlow puts your events where members already look.
Events render cleanly on every screen. No CSS overrides, no responsive hacks.
Filters, tags, and clear hierarchy. Members find what they want without reading every row.
Buttons, fonts, and colors match the rest of your site automatically.
No iframe styling battles. No mobile-only support tickets. CourtFlow handles the rendering layer.
“Public bookings are up 60%+ year-over-year since installing CourtFlow Events.”
Amanda DeLong, Marketing Manager, Recs Pickleball

An API username and password for each club, from CourtReserve under Settings → Additional Features → Integrations. You need a CourtReserve plan that includes API access (as of October 2026, that’s Advance, Momentum or Enterprise). Check with CourtReserve if you’re not sure your plan has it. CourtFlow only reads your events. It never changes anything in CourtReserve.
Yes. CourtFlow handles unlimited locations on a single license. You can show all locations on one page, or filter to a single location per page — whichever fits your site structure.
Any modern WordPress install on PHP 7.4+ with the Gutenberg block editor. CourtFlow works on shared hosting (Bluehost, SiteGround, WP Engine, Kinsta, WordPress.com Business+, etc.). No special server requirements.
When your 14-day trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you picked. We’ll email you a reminder a few days before. If you decide CourtFlow isn’t a fit, cancel from your billing portal and you won’t be charged.
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal in two clicks. You keep access through the end of your billing period. No retention calls, no “are you sure” loops.
Email support, replies within one business day. Most setup questions get answered same-day. We’re a small team — you’ll often hear from the person who built the plugin.
Nothing changes in CourtReserve — your events, members, and bookings are untouched. CourtFlow just stops rendering them on your WordPress site. The plugin can be deactivated cleanly at any time.
