Refund & Cancellation Policy

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRefund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card at checkout, but we don’t charge it during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged at all. If you don’t cancel, your card is charged for the plan you picked when the trial ends.

How to cancel

Sign in at courtflowconnect.com/account and open the Stripe billing portal from there. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There’s nothing to call and no one to talk to. If you have trouble, email [email protected] and we’ll cancel it for you.

What happens when you cancel

  • You won’t be charged again.
  • Your license keeps working until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, the plugin stops showing events and stops receiving updates.
  • Nothing changes in CourtReserve. Your events, members, and bookings are untouched.

Refunds

  • Monthly plan: we don’t refund partial months. Cancel anytime and you won’t be charged for the next month.
  • Yearly plan: if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge (your first one after the trial, or a renewal), we’ll refund that charge in full and cancel the subscription. After 14 days, we don’t refund the rest of the year, but you keep access until it ends.
  • Charged by mistake? If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged in error, we’ll refund it.

To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law where you live.
