What’s changed in each version of the CourtFlow Events plugin. Updates install from your WordPress Plugins page and never change anything you’ve set up. How to update.
The “View version details” link on the Plugins screen now opens a proper details window: what CourtFlow does, what changed in each version, and where to get help.
Nothing you've set up changes. This update only adds the details window.
The Event images list now shows only events that still need an image. Untick “Show only events without an image” to see the rest.
Tick several events (or “Select all shown”) and give them all the same image in one step.
Pick one or more event names and apply an image to every matching event in the next 90 days.
Save an image rule: future events with those names get the image automatically, at every location. Any location can have its own image instead.
Bulk changes skip events that already have their own image, unless you tick “replace” and confirm.
Help when you need it
“Setup guides” and “Help & feedback” links in the header of every CourtFlow admin page, and on the Plugins screen.
The support form arrives with your plugin, WordPress and PHP versions already filled in. Your license key, CourtReserve login and email addresses are never included, and nothing is sent until you submit the form.
Other
Clearer wording: CourtFlow is an independent product, and you need a CourtReserve plan that includes API access (currently Advance, Momentum or Enterprise).
Fixed a misspelling of “CourtReserve” on the Event images page.
Nothing you’ve set up changes. Images you’ve assigned to individual events always win over rules, and are never replaced unless you tick “replace” and confirm.
Correct prices, and blocks that keep their settings
Prices
Prices now show cents. A $13.50 clinic used to show as “$14”. Whole-dollar prices still show without cents (“$14”, not “$14.00”).
Event cards now show the same price as your club’s own CourtReserve embed widget. Some cards were showing the Visitor price instead.
Fixes
On a page with a calendar and another CourtFlow block, prices, registration counts and rating restrictions no longer go missing from the other block.
The categories you picked in a block stay the same when categories change in CourtReserve, or when you add or reorder locations. Nothing needs re-saving.
After removing a location and adding a new one, images for one club could show up on another club’s events. New locations now always get an ID of their own.
The Test button on a location you’ve just added waits until you save, and says so, instead of showing a confusing error.
A calendar and an events block on the same page now share one CourtReserve lookup instead of two.
Nothing you’ve set up changes: your locations, blocks, styles and event images stay as they were. Some prices on cards do change, because the old ones were wrong. If a new price looks off, check that event’s prices in CourtReserve.
