Want screenshots? The setup guides walk through each step below, plus assigning event images and updating the plugin.
After purchasing, you’ll receive an email with your license key and a download link for the CourtFlow Events plugin ZIP file.
Go to CourtFlow Events → License in the WordPress admin sidebar. Paste the license key from your email and click Save and validate. You can also find your key any time by signing in at courtflowconnect.com/account.
Go to CourtFlow Events → Settings and add a location for each club. Give it a name, then enter that club’s CourtReserve API username and password and click Test.
You’ll find the API credentials in CourtReserve under Settings → Additional Features → Integrations. You need a CourtReserve plan that includes API access (as of October 2026, that’s Advance, Momentum or Enterprise). Check with CourtReserve if you’re not sure your plan has it. Each club or location has its own username and password.
CourtFlow will validate the key and pull your events automatically. It caches events between visits (10 minutes by default), so it makes very few calls to the CourtReserve API.
CourtReserve is a trademark of its owner. CourtFlow is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CourtReserve.
Open any page in the WordPress block editor. Add the CourtFlow Events block. Choose a layout (carousel, category list, schedule, or calendar) and pick which event categories to show.
To put your own photo on an event, go to CourtFlow Events → Event images. CourtReserve doesn’t send event images, so cards use whatever you set here.
